Hotel Casa Alpha Cartagena, Cartagena

I had a nice stay at this hotel with clean and spacious rooms, great service from the friendly staff, and a fantastic location near all the main attractions. However, the noise from the street sometimes made it hard to relax, and the dining experience could use some improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location which is close to all the old town attractions without being noisy at night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. However, the rooms could get a bit noisy from the street outside, which made afternoon naps challenging. Overall, it’s a great value for money with clean accommodations.

I found this hotel to be in a superb location, making it easy to explore the charming old town. The rooms, however, did leave a bit to be desired as some had no windows or were positioned in a way that felt cramped. The hotel is situated in a perfect location for exploring the historical center of Cartagena, making it very convenient for sightseeing. While some of the rooms on the ground floor had a bit of a humid smell and were quite small, my room was clean and well-decorated with great Wi-Fi and strong AC. The service varied; some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed unbothered. Overall, it offers good value for money.
